He sold books at affordable prices to students preparing for competitive exams like UPSC, SSC, RRB Railways, and banking exams.
He surveyed the bookstores in Delhi. He collected some books from students, some from scrap dealers, and some from bookstores. He sold 10,000 copies in just two months. Achieving success little by little, he has now started a very large business. Today, he has started his own used books company and employs more than 200 people.
Similarly, Gopal Prajapat was also preparing for the UPSC exam. When he didn’t succeed in the exam, he started his family’s traditional pottery business. He makes clay tea cups and saucers, jars, and plates, and today he exports his products to other countries. He has earned a good name in this business and is earning well.
One of my classmates who was preparing for the UPSC Civil Services exam , left his upsc preparation due to poor financial conditions. and started selling tea on a cycle near library and coaching class. Many of his freinds laughed at him initially. But slowly he increased his business. From a small roadside cart to more than 80 tea shop franchises he owned now. He himself settled his life.
